Meet the Therapist

Jennifer Hupcher is a licensed speech-language pathologist and the owner of InNOVAtion Speech Therapy, PLLC. She brings clinical experience serving individuals across the lifespan — from toddlers to older adults — in schools, private practice, virtual therapy, early intervention, medical settings, and university clinics. She has carefully selected the most effective elements of speech-language services to shape her practice into a space focused on meaningful communication.

 

As an adjunct professor specializing in speech sound disorders and accented speech, Jennifer has developed strong expertise in therapeutic interventions for articulation and speech sound disorders. She has supervised students as well as pre-licensed and licensed therapists, and enjoys teaching and guiding others as they build new skills.

 

Jennifer has extensive experience completing comprehensive evaluations and creating highly individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s strengths and needs. She believes therapy should be collaborative, evidence-based, and meaningful for real life, not just the therapy room.

 

Families often describe her approach as warm, clear, and supportive. She values building strong relationships and ensures that clients and caregivers feel confident, informed, and supported throughout the therapy process.

 

With an academic background in creative writing, Jennifer brings a strong appreciation for language and how it shapes connection, confidence, and identity. Whether working with a young child developing early speech sounds or an adult refining their voice, her goal is the same: to help individuals communicate clearly and authentically.

 

She provides services in both English and Spanish for added convenience.
