Private Pay Practice
Innovation Speech Therapy is a private pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. This allows us to focus fully on clinical care rather than insurance restrictions, visit limits, or pre-approvals. Sessions are scheduled based on your needs, not an insurance plan. Payment is due at the time of service.
Sessions are individualized and may include caregiver coaching, home program development, and coordination with other providers when needed.
30-minute session: $100
45-minute session: $140
60-minute session: $175
Session length and frequency are determined based on clinical need and family goals.

Using Out-of-Network Benefits
Even though we do not work directly with insurance companies, you may still be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance provider. We provide a detailed invoice that includes billing (CPT) codes, diagnosis codes, and session notes, often called a "superbill." You can submit this documentation to your insurance carrier for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Many families with PPO plans are eligible for partial reimbursement depending on their individual benefits. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask:
